The committee’s work includes:
- Identifying and recommending weekend coordinators and team members to the Secretariat
- Forming and preparing weekend leadership through the Coordinators Workshop and team formation sessions
- Scheduling weekend dates and coordinating with the retreat facility
- Serving as liaisons to weekend coordinators — supporting commissioning, talk day, and the weekend itself
- Maintaining weekend supplies, manuals, and materials
How to Get Involved
The work of the 3-Day Committee is ministry — every detail of the weekend helps create the space where candidates encounter Christ. Each volunteer focuses on just one area of service, and many roles can be shared with a partner.
